Affordable Purchase schemes approved for Crooke and Kilmacthomas
• 19 housing units will comprise of a mix of 3 & 4 bed homes starting at €300,000. Waterford Fine Gael Minister John Cummins has announced approval for two further Affordable Purchase schemes, which will be constructed in both Crooke and Kilmacthomas.
